Was I mistaken. It had al dente flat noodles, with delicious creamy sauce plus the sturdy aroma of truffle. When ready to serve, dilute the now-thick sauce with half a cup of milk and reheat gently. Add the heavy creamy and let the sauce simmer and scale back for 5-10 minutes. It was topped with a parmesan-tinged cream sauce and accompanied by fresh greens dressed with a squeeze of lemon. It is advisable to bring the cream to a boil then turn it down so it starts to thicken, add the parmesan and it is finished.
