Marissa, 33, is co-founder of Top Dog, an authentic American eatery in the heart of Soho, a mother to two little boys, Max and Jake, and her husband, Matt Hermer, owns The Ignite Group, which includes Royal favourites, Boujis, Bumpkin and Eclipse Cocktail Bars. Marissa is also a cast member of ITVBe's Ladies of London. My alarm goes off at 5.45am. For my sins. I exercise, make breakfast for the kids, get to work, shower and am at my desk for 8.20am. Yesterday, I also threw dinner in the slow cooker for the children, as I'll be at the Marketing Society dinner this evening. Before bed, I do a series of stretches and then read a chapter or two in whatever self-help or parenting book I'm reading at the time (I have a stack next to my bed!) These ALWAYS put me straight to sleep! The couple visited The Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre, situated in Snowdonia National Park, where children from Holyhead High School had joined the mountain rescue team for a day of activities. I am up and about by 6am - just in time for a quick shower, a mug of hot water, lemon and a spoonful of ginger powder for a morning kick while I review morning emails, and then to get the kiddies out of bed.  I leave the house at 7.30 and take the train to London. I have the HeadSpace app on my phone and do a 15-minute meditation on the train. I think the point of mediation is to just stop for a moment and clear your mind, wherever you are, and it works for me. I'll sometimes get a few funny looks from fellow commuters though!  The sporty royal, who donned tight leggings, brown boots and a helmet, was in high spirits as she buckled up for the activity on a visit to the Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre in Capel Curig, North Wales. I take my dog Bruno, a 10-month-old goldendoodle, and go for my 7km run across the fields, which I love. Early mornings with Bruno out in the open air gives me the energy and drive I need and I just love it.  The morning is the best - and only - time for me to workout. Once I get into my day I can think of a million excuses to get out of doing it, whereas if I am up with the intention of working out, it's done and out the way.  I go to bed around 11 and my ritual is my skincare routine before: rigorous removal of make-up, eye cream, serum and face oil and then a spritz of some aromatherapy essential oils to help aid sleep (This Works Deep Sleep is one of my favourites). 'They were warm and were given the fill impression of what it's like to be homeless in rural areas as opposed to a rural area,' said chief executive Sian Tomos. Kate was particularly drawn to young mum Jessica Davies, 21, who has a three and a half year old son Theo Hayward.  Later they were to have some of their own - after taking part in rolling out some of the little pancake-style cakes with volunteer Lisa Parry, the couple was given some to take away. During the chat with the centre's patrons and staff, they 'took time to speak with all the young people'. Routine is everything and I am a bit of a robot with my breakfast - I always have the same thing that I make at home and take into work. It's a simple formula: natural Greek yoghurt with fresh berries, a heap of milled flax and sunflower seeds, chia seeds, a sprinkle of cinnamon and some flaked almonds. Lee (at The Workshop Gym) once told me this was the ultimate breakfast, and I have never looked back. I love it!  Our house is around the corner from our office, so we often pick the kids up from nursery or playdate and eat Toddler Lunch ideas daycare at home together - so I always have some pre-made salads or a soup or my favourite right now is a mushroom and tarragon pie that I make over the weekend and just pop in the oven when we are ready to eat.  Behind the crowd was a bubble making contraption that brought excited cheers from the kids -- and clearly caught Prince William's eye. As he arrived at their first stop, the GIDSA charity, he said 'George would love the bubbles. We'll have to get him one for Christmas.'  I try to go to bed at 10pm but it often gets a little later than that as I'm distracted by my gorgeous family in the evenings. I always spend time with my girls and have recently started reading a book to my younger daughter again - and I love that - it calms me down, and feel so lucky to have them in my life.  She told her audience: 'I often get asked why I decided to spend time highlighting the mental health of children. I imagine my answer might be similar to many of yours. I know that I was lucky. My parents and teachers provided me with a wonderful and secure childhood where I always knew I was loved, valued and listened to.  The couple then went in to the 'Te a Cofi' cafe run by the charity that helps vulnerable young people in the area. Offered a local pastry, William declined , saying: 'Have you ever tried eating a Welsh cake and talking at the same time?'  The Duchess of Cambridge showed her athletic side as she abseiled on a visit to the Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre in Capel Curig, North Wales. The Towers is an outdoor education centre run by Wolverhampton Council providing adventure activities for children - and Kate certainly got stuck in
