Some fun lunch ideas for kids could be peanut butter and jelly sandwich, with apple slices and carrot sticks , peanut butter and banana tortilla, juice, apple sticks and cheeses slices.
Same thing that you would pack for a school field trip lunch
Our house is around the corner from our office, so we often pick the kids up from nursery or playdate and eat lunch at home together - so I always have some pre-made salads or a soup or my favourite right now is a mushroom and tarragon pie that I make over the weekend and just pop in the oven when we are ready to eat.
I am up and about by 6am - just in time for a quick shower, a mug of hot water, lemon and a spoonful of ginger powder for a morning kick while I review morning emails, and then to get the kiddies out of bed.
My day starts by dropping our eldest at nursery, the morning in the office, taking the toddler to a music playgroup or the playground, onto one of our sites (Top Dog, Bumpkin, Eclipse, or Boujis), back to the office, and then the kids to a swimming class or to the park, so my clothes need to work for the playground to the boardroom.
Skip the extra glass of wine the night before - AND have an extra glass of water before bedtime - hangovers just don't help a productive morning. The night before, look at your diary and see what you are doing - and plan your outfit for the day; whenever I don't plan what I'm going to wear, I end up standing for an eternity in front of my wardrobe and think ‘I have nothing to wear!' - if I plan it the day before, I just pop it on and go.
I really value my weekends, which are for reading, relaxing and watching. I try to make the majority of the weekend 'me time' and like to indulge in binge watching serials (I am currently obsessed with Narcos), but then on a Sunday night, I will dive into a little bit of work to make sure I can get ahead on my week. At the very least I will prepare my Monday to do list so that I the minute I get in on a Monday I can hit the ground running.
I start every day with hot water and lemon then I make myself a green smoothie before I leave the house and head into the office. When I get in, I enjoy my green smoothie as a late breakfast around 11am.

Gaby says she mixes up her workout regime, whether it's a 10k loop running, a mix of personal training, cycling or pilates reformer. Then she cycles to her commuter station, jumps on the train to Victoria and cycles to Soho from there
I mix up my workout regime. Today, it was a 10k loop running, other days a mix of personal training, cycling and Pilates reformer. Then I cycle to my commuter station, jump on the train to Victoria and cycle to Soho from there.
When I get dressed for the day, I like to be comfy but still look put together. The result is usually a nice boho style dress with boots with a low heel. If it's a day of meetings then I will throw on a statement necklace and immediately that smartens things up.
The women we work with have survived some of the most unspeakable atrocities, but are still found smiling, and they still have hope. They are strong and resilient, and they inspire me every day. That is why I get up with a smile and I go to bed with the a smile and that is also why Women for Women International has just launched the #SheInspiresMe campaign because I believe we should all feel inspired.
Before bed, I do a series of stretches and then read a chapter or two in whatever self-help or parenting book I'm reading at the time (I have a stack next to my bed!) These ALWAYS put me straight to sleep!
Working for a fast-moving start-up we are always pushing to innovate and try new things and make our monthly campaigns as exciting as possible. No one month can be the same, so a bit like a magazine, we are always thinking of new ideas, so it hugely motivates me to brainstorm with the team.
I go to bed around 11 and my ritual is my skincare routine before: rigorous removal of make-up, eye cream, serum and face oil and then a spritz of some aromatherapy essential oils to help aid sleep (This Works Deep Sleep is one of my favourites).
The girls make their own breakfast now and their own packed lunches which is lovely to see, and one less thing for me to do in the mornings now - packed lunches was the one thing I just could not get round to liking.
