A man accused of the murder of a 19-year-old student in her central student accommodation appeared in court today. Maher Maroufe, 23, allegedly killed Sabita Thanwani on March 19 this year at Arbour House, Sebastian Street, in Clerkenwell.Ms Thanwani was studying psychology at City University of London, which is near to the student accommodation where she died.Maroufe is also accused of assaulting police officer James Preston by head-butting him during his arrest the following day. 19-y...
