A man whose murder charge was sensationally dropped 10 years after his blind cheerleader girlfriend plunged to her death from his balcony, has written a bizarre fictionalised musical about the case.
Jayden Moorea, formerly known as Dan Shearin, was charged in 2019 with murdering his girlfriend Breeana Robinson, 21, who died in late January 2013 after falling from his 11th-floor balcony in Southport, Gold Coast.

Mr Moorea was charged with murder two years later.
But last week charges against Mr Moorea were dropped after prosecutors determined there were no reasonable prospects of securing a conviction against him.
And now, in a bizarre case of art imitating life, it has emerged the former cruise ship singer has penned a musical about the ordeal.

Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries tried unsuccessfully to hide his ankle monitor as he appeared in court on vile sex charges.
Jeffries, 80, was snapped walking into the court in Long Island Friday with his right sock pulled up over the tracking device.
But the attempted disguise did little to hide it as Jeffries headed inside to deny sexually abusing 15 young male models between 2008 and 2015.
Also in court was his alleged fixer James Jacobson, who has a prosthetic nose. Both men pleaded not guilty to one count of sex trafficking and 15 counts of interstate prostitution.
A shocking indictment claims Jeffries, Jacobson and Jeffries' partner Matthew Smith, 61, sexually abused 15 men between December 2008 and March 2015.

Smith also denies the allegations, but was not part of Friday's arraignment hearing.
The alleged victims say they were forced to take erection drugs and say they had their genitals shaved against their will.
Those men, who have chosen to remain anonymous, were made to dress up and subjected to 'high-pressure enemas,' it is alleged.
Some of the trio's alleged victims were not gay, they said. They accused Jeffries, Jacobson and Smith of plying them with erectile drugs so they could be forced into same-sex activity against their will.
Jeffries was CEO of Abercrombie - famed for its homoerotic advertising - between 1992 and 2014.
His reputation began to fall apart thanks to Netflix's White Hot documentary, which laid bare abuse Abercrombie workers and models say they suffered.
Prosecutors say the victims were paid to travel to places including New York City, England, 비아그라 가격 France, Italy, Morocco and Saint Barthelemy to have sex with Jeffries, Smith and others.

Jeffries allegedly used a company he named the Jeffries Family Office to recruit household staff to 'facilitate and supervise the Sex Events.'
Prosecutors say the staff controlled the entry and exit to the sex parties and provided the men who attended with muscle relaxants known as 'poppers,' as well as lubricant, Viagra and condoms, among other items.
The staff also directed alleged victims to 'wear costumes, use sex toys or prepare for particular sexual acts,' according to court documents.
Smith and Jeffries are accused of injecting men in their penises with 'a prescription-grade erection-inducing substance' that caused painful, hours-long reactions to get them to engage in sex acts.
The men weren't informed of all that the events would entail, including some of the sexual practices they'd be expected to engage in, and they were required to give up their clothes and cell phones during the gatherings and sign non-disclosure agreements afterward, the indictment said.

Jacobson is accused of travelling in the US and abroad to recruit and interview men for the sex parties. He allegedly used the nicknames 'Jim Jake,' 'Mrs. Cook' and 'Todd.'
According to the indictment, Jacobson would conduct 'tryouts' with potential candidates by paying them for sex with him. At the direction of Smith, Jacobson also allegedly paid fees to individuals who referred men for the sex parties.
But prosecutors say the men were never told 'the full extent and nature of the sexual activity that would be required' which allegedly included 'anal intercourse, the insertion of large sex toys into the anus, and high-pressured enemas administered by inserting a hose into the anus.'
The alleged victims say they believed attending the sex parties could provide them with model opportunities with Abercrombie and that their careers could suffer if they did not comply.
The sex parties incorporated Abercrombie products, with victims being given itineraries for it that did not mention commercial sex and 'resembled those often sent to models for photo shoots.'
When witnesses threatened to expose what was going on, Jeffries and Smith used a security company to surveil and intimidate them into silence, according to a letter that prosecutors filed in court.

Ex-Abercrombie CEO sexually assaulted male models after fake job interviews, lawyer says
According to some onlookers, Jeffries pushed his wife when he was walking into the courtroom on Friday afternoon.
They claimed that his wife was ahead of him and moving too slowly.
This apparently frustrated Jeffries and reportedly caused him to push her.
The hearing that was initially scheduled to start at 3pm, started nearly 20 minutes later.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Steven Tiscione told Jeffries what the purpose of the hearing was and what his rights were.
Additionally, what the conditions were of his GPS monitoring.
Some of the conditions he was required to follow for home detention included only leaving his property for a court appearance, medical appointments, and for religious services.
The judge ordered Jeffries to remain in New York, Long Island and Fishers Island, 레비트라처방 NY until his next court date scheduled for December 12.
He was also instructed to refrain from possessing any firearms, and not to have any contact with the co-defendant, any witnesses, or the victims.
When the judge inquired about Jeffries passport, his attorney said his passport, and travel documents were turned in on Tuesday.
The disgraced CEO will remain free on $10 million bond with his home on Fishers Island, New York as collateral.
Jeffries attorney said his passport, travel docs were all turned in on Tuesday
'While putting your family members into financial risk if you violate your bond there will be a warrant for your arrest,' Judge Tiscione said.
'Do you understand,' the judge asked.
He responded 'Yes, I do sir.
Jeffries at times acted like he was hard of hearing and had to speak often with his attorneys when the judge asked him certain questions.
Nevertheless, he seemed very alert. He looked at the victims several times but never even glanced at Jacobson, who was behind him.
It's unclear how many victims appeared in court, although there seemed to be at least four. There was FBI in the courtroom and someone with National Missing and Exploited Children there as well.
Jeffries appeared expressionless as he followed his family members and his attorney out of the courtroom just as Jacobson's proceeding was just getting started.
He was shaking at times, as the judge spoke to him. His GPS conditions were the same as Jeffries but also covered Michigan and Wisconsin
Jacobson, known as the 'fixer' sat in the courtroom during Jeffries hearing alongside his attorney Jeremy Schneider until he was called by the judge.
During the proceeding, the magistrate told Jacobson's attorney that he was required to have a mental health plan. He also reviewed his GPS conditions that were similar to Jeffries.
When the judge said he is not to have contact with any of the witnesses, victims or the co-defendant, Jacobson's attorney said 'obviously we don't know who the other Jane Does are because of 'incidental contact.'
The judge responded: 'I think your client probably has a good idea who they are.'
At times, Jacobson was seen placing his glasses on and 센트립 지속시간 off his face and shaking at times, specifically when he responded to the judge.
Two of the people who were suretors for Jacobson were out-of-state and not present in the courtroom, but were called on the telephone.
The first was Donna Sockness. The judge asked her relation to Jacobson. She said that he 'is a very close friend of mine, a family friend and also a neighbor,' then gave her address that was in White Plains, Wisconsin when the judge asked.
Sockness said she worked as a communications operator for the Wisconsin State Patrol but told the judge she was now retired.
He asked, 'Do you understand it is a $500,000 bond and if he doesn't come to court he will have to pay the government $500,000?'
Sockness said she understood and has her social security and her investments.
The judge said 'since you are not present do I have permission to sign the bond on your behalf. She said complied and said, 'yes your honor.'
As this was happening, Jacobson sat and listened.
Marilyn Smith, was the second person called. She told the judge that she knows Jacobson's family for a long time, and that she used to care for his mother.
She told him that she had her 401k and her social security.
When the judge asked 'are you willing to sign the bond on behalf of Mr. Jacobson.'
She said, 'yes, your honor.'
Jeffries' partner Matthew Smith, a dual U.S.-British citizen, was not at Friday's court hearing. He has been ordered detained and will plead later to the same 16 charges.
Both Jeffries and Jacobson are due back in federal court on December 12.

Viagra is more widely available in America than ever, and 레비트라 판매 with the rise of telehealth platforms that allow a man to easily and discretely receive a prescription for the little blue pill online - younger men are also using the drug more than ever.
The drug, which has been manufactured by pharma-giant Pfizer since it first hit the market in 1998, was initially for older men dealing with erectile dysfunction. It's use among young men has grown in recent years as well, though, as rates of mild to moderate erectile dysfunction have reached up to 20 percent among men in their 20s and 30 percent among those in their 30s, according to City Care Family Practice.
Younger men may feel reservations about approaching their doctor about the issue, though. This has led to the rise of companies like Hims, Lemonaid and Roman, which allow a person to quickly get a prescription for the drug after an online consultation.
While the drug has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and deemed ok for proper use by regulators it - like all drugs - can be dangerous if misused. It can cause a priapism, where a person has a erection that lasts for hours and causes permanent damage to the penis. It also has a few dangerous interactions with drugs for high cholesterol.
Here is everything you need to know about the drug:
The 'little blue pill' is growing in popularity in the U.S., especially among younger people for which the drug was not designed for. Up to one-in-five American men in their 20s suffer from mild or moderate erectile dysfunction (file photo)
The drug was approved in the US and EU in 1998, branded as Viagra, and became one of the fastest selling drugs of all time
WHAT IS IT?
Most men occasionally struggle to get or keep an erection due to stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol.
The National Institutes of Health reports that around 30 million men have erectile dysfunction, with it being most common among the elderly. It can be caused by high blood pressure or cholesterol, hormone problems or side effects from medication.
Some younger men also suffer from 'performance anxiety', where mental distractions and other issues have give them trouble getting or maintaining an erection.
Medicines containing sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, are often used to treat the condition. It expands blood vessels and boosts blood flow to the genitals.
Viagra was originally developed by Covid vaccine manufacturer Pfizer in 1989, with hopes that sildenafil citrate could treat high blood pressure.
But clinical trials in Wales a few years later saw men report an unusual side effect —they got more erections while taking the medication.
The drug was approved in the US and EU in 1998, branded as Viagra, and became one of the fastest selling drugs of all time.
Hims, Roman and Lemonaid are among a spate of companies that has risen in recent years to allow for easier access to ED drugs
WHERE CAN YOU GET IT?
The drug is available in the U.S. via prescription. Usually, a script will be written by a man's primary care physician that they can then fill at a pharmacy.
Online pharmacies and telehealth providers have allowed many to circumvent part of the process, though. Men can get prescription Viagra, or competitors like Cialis and Stendra from online providers.
These include Hims, Lemonaid and Roman among others. While the companies are operating totally legally, some are asking for more regulation.
Firms like Hims allow for a person to access the prescription drugs easily, with physicians often willing to write a prescription after a quick online consultation.
'These are lifestyle drugs, and they have potentially serious adverse effects, and this seems like too casual a way to be obtaining them,' Dr Adriane Fugh-Berman, a pharmacology professor at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. told the Associated Press in 2019.
The UK's National Health System (NHS) also warns against obtaining the drugs through online pharmacies.
'[Online medicines] are not always regulated and the ingredients in them can vary from one pack to another. They can cause unpleasant side effects or may not be suitable for you,' the agency writes.
'It's best to see your doctor before buying medicines online. They know your medical history and can discuss whether you might benefit from treatment.'
Viagra was originally cooked up by Covid vaccine manufacturer Pfizer in 1989, with hopes that sildenafil citrate could treat high blood pressure
WHO CAN USE IT?
Most men over 18 may take the drug to treat erectile dysfunction, but adults and children (one year old and over) may also take the drug for pulmonary hypertension.
However, experts advise that it is not suitable for everyone, including individuals with serious heart or liver problems, recent stroke or heart attack victims and people with low blood pressure.
WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?
Common side effects may include headaches, hot flushes, nausea, indigestion, dizziness and a stuffy nose.
More serious possible side effects are painful erections (especially if they last for more than two hours), seizures and chest pain.
An allergic reaction is also possible, alongside any listed in the leaflet which comes with your medicine.

Popular erection pills such as Viagra and Cialis have been linked to more than 200 deaths in Britain, MailOnline can reveal.
None of the fatalities — all of which have occurred since 1998 — are proven to have been caused directly by the drugs.
But the UK's drugs watchdog is aware of the link.
However, experts insist the pills are safe and 씨알리스정 many incidents could actually reflect deaths linked to sex in men with heart issues instead.
Men can buy sildenafil, Viagra's main ingredient, and other impotence pills over the counter for as little as £15 and tablets available online for as little as £1.30 per pill.
Any reported suspected side effects are logged under the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) 'Yellow Card' scheme.
Your browser does not support iframes.
Officials use the same database, set-up in the wake of the 1960s thalidomide scandal, to track the safety of Covid vaccines.
Although impossible to prove, it allows doctors, pharmacists and patients to report adverse reactions believed to be caused by drugs used in Britain.
This can lead to them being reviewed, having warnings added to the labels or being taken off the market completely.
MailOnline found 2,441 reports for sildenafil, tadalafil (branded as Cialis), vardenafil (Levitra) and avanafil (Spedra) in the MHRA database.
Of these, 1,600 were for serious reactions, but only sildenafil and tadalafil recorded any fatalities (205, in total).
Most of the reported deaths were linked to incidents involving the heart or the brain
Forty-five deaths were reported in women, even though they don't gain the same sexual arousal benefits as men when taking the drugs.
Such medications also, less famously, 레비트라 판매 treat pulmonary hypertension, a type of high blood pressure in the arteries that supply the lungs.
The same mechanism by which the drugs increase blood flow to the penis also relaxes blood vessels in the chest to treat pulmonary hypertension, hence why some women and children might take it.
Overall, people in their 60s accounted for the highest number of reported fatalities (66), nearly a third of the total.
For deaths with a stated cause, the majority related to disorders of the arteries that supply the heart, with 50 such deaths.
Most of these (31) were specifically linked to heart attacks.
Another large category for reported deaths was nervous system disorders, with 18 fatalities.
The majority of these related to cerebral haemorrhages — bleeds caused by blood vessels rupturing in the brain which can trigger strokes, a known rare potential side effect of the drugs.
Mental health issues were also reported in relation to the medications, including five cases of suicide.
Other less serious adverse reactions were also reported.
A total of 57 Brits reported suffering diarrhoea after taking the medications. Another eight reported an unusual level of flatulence.

Four reported hallucinations, with one experiencing an unusual state of euphoria.
Some (37) ironically reported having increased, spontaneous or painful erections as an unwanted side effect.
These are, most likely, people taking the medications for non-impotency related reasons and to whom the drugs' other purpose may have come as a surprise.
However, some Brits found the opposite effect, with over a dozen reports that taking the pills decreased their libido or 레비트라 판매 ability to get erections.
Millions of British men now take drugs to help impotency.
The latest NHS backed data shows 22million prescriptions for these drugs were handed out by GPs in England between 2019 and 2023, at the cost of £91million.
This data doesn't cover over the counter purchases, with many high street pharmacies, as well as online shops, now selling their own brand versions.
